The Property is located on an approximately 14.776-acre parcel and includes three three-story apartment buildings with 144 residential rental units and an additional seven buildings including a clubhouse and six residential-style parking garages. There are a total of 174 parking spaces, including 14 ADA spaces. Previous ownership reportedly invested over $300,000 since 2023 into the Property including but not limited to deck installations, boiler replacements and outdoor patio installations. Property amenities include a clubhouse with kitchen, lounge, salon, billiards room and a small indoor swimming pool.
