The Trust owns the land and improvements commonly known as “Sweetwater Springs,” a multifamily residential community located at 1510 Duluth Highway, Lawrenceville, Georgia 30043 (the “Property”). The Property consists of two parcels of approximately 7.47 acres of land and ninety-five (95) townhome apartments, which includes a mix of two-, three- and four bedroom townhomes, contained within seven residential buildings comprising 171,271 net rentable square feet and one leasing office. Property amenities include a swimming pool, cabana with restrooms and showers, pet play area and playground.
