## Overview

Trilogy Multifamily Opportunity Zone Fund, LP (the Fund) is a QOZ Fund that provides investors with the chance to invest in a fund focused on the construction of multifamily apartment rentals in declared QOZ tracts.

We look for the most promising blocks within QOZs with strong population and job growth, a diverse economy and higher forecasted demand than supply.

The fund currently has investments in QOZs in three markets: Tampa-St. Petersburg, Miami-Ft. Lauderdale and Minneapolis.

Two of the fund's investments were acquired after construction was underway and nearly completed, providing what we believe is an incrementally attractive risk/reward profile relative to traditional ground-up developments and an accelerated timeframe for generating operating cash flow.
