Overview
We are offering (this “Offering”) up to 100% of the Class 1 beneficial interests in the Trust (the “Class 1 Beneficial Interests,” each, an “Interest” and, collectively, the “Interests”) in JLLX Industrial Portfolio, DST, a newly formed Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), which owns a collective and diversified portfolio of the following five industrial properties, located in four different markets: (i) two adjacent buildings located in Fremont, California (collectively, the “California Properties”), (ii) one building located in Chandler, Arizona (the “Arizona Property”), (iii) one property located in Jefferson, Georgia (the “Georgia Property”) and (iv) one property located in Whitestown, Indiana (the “Indiana Property,” and together with the California Properties, Arizona Property and Georgia Property, each, a “Property”, and collectively, the “Properties”).
The Properties consist of five industrial buildings containing a total of 1,406,034 square feet of net rentable area, which are 100% leased to five different tenants.
Projected distributions are the sponsor's estimates of annual cash flow on invested equity. They are not guaranteed, may change or stop, and may include a return of capital. LTV is the offering's debt divided by its total capitalization. Information reflects my offering records as of October 28, 2026 and may have changed. This page is not an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security; offers are made only through the offering documents to eligible investors.
