Overview
CF Cupertino DST (the “Trust”) is a newly formed Delaware statutory trust and an affiliate of Cantor Fitzgerald Investors, LLC (the “Sponsor”). The Trust owns a long-term leasehold interest in De Anza Plaza (the “Property”), a two-building office campus located in Cupertino, California. The Property is leased to Apple Inc. (the “Tenant” or “Apple”) through July 31, 2031. Apple is a global technology company headquartered in Cupertino and is a leader in consumer electronics, software, and digital services. The Property is subject to a 15-year net master lease with a wholly-owned subsidiary of Cantor Fitzgerald Income Trust Operating Partnership, L.P. (the “Operating Partnership”) as the Master Tenant.
The Trust is offering (the “Offering”) to sell to qualified, Accredited Investors pursuant to the Memorandum, 100% of the beneficial interests (the “Interests”) in the Trust.
Cantor Fitzgerald Income Trust, Inc. (“CF Income Trust”), through the Operating Partnership, has the right to acquire the Interests for OP Units (as defined herein) and/or cash on terms described in the Memorandum. To the extent an Investor receives OP Units, such transaction is intended to qualify as a tax deferred exchange under Code Section 721. CF Income Trust is a perpetual life real estate investment trust that owns and manages a diverse portfolio of income producing commercial real estate properties throughout the United States.
Projected distributions are the sponsor's estimates of annual cash flow on invested equity. They are not guaranteed, may change or stop, and may include a return of capital. LTV is the offering's debt divided by its total capitalization. Information reflects my offering records as of November 1, 2026 and may have changed. This page is not an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security; offers are made only through the offering documents to eligible investors.
