Sponsor Provided Materials
The sponsors whose offerings I follow publish a good deal of educational material — exchange mechanics, trust structures, opportunity zone rules, sector research. This is a catalog of what I keep on hand, so you can see what exists and ask for anything useful.
Every document here was written and published by the sponsor named on it. Baker 1031 did not write them, and the one-line summaries below are mine, not theirs. Each title links to the sponsor’s own page, so you read the piece where its author published it, in the form they approved — a few sponsors ask for your name and email before the download starts. If a link ever fails, email me and I’ll send the document.
Nothing in this catalog is an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security, and no document here is a recommendation of any sponsor or program. Sponsor material reflects that sponsor’s own views and data, which Baker 1031 has not independently verified. Offerings are made only by private placement memorandum.
Looking for my own writing instead? The Learn Library has plain-English articles on 1031 exchanges, DSTs and the tax decisions behind them.
