How these numbers are calculated
For each offering, total investment = equity ÷ (1 − LTV), and debt = total investment − equity. Portfolio LTV is combined debt ÷ combined total investment. Income dollars are allocated equity × the offering’s income rate. Portfolio income rates are weighted by allocated equity.
Average income uses each offering’s reported average of the provided annual rates. It is an annual cash-flow estimate, not an IRR or total return, and offering periods may differ. Missing data appears as “Not provided”; affected portfolio totals remain incomplete. Displayed dollars are rounded to cents.
For planning and discussion only. Income is estimated and not guaranteed; actual distributions and offering availability may change. This tool does not confirm exchange eligibility, tax deferral, or suitability. Review offering documents and your exchange requirements with Jerry, your qualified intermediary, and your tax advisor.
